Tournament Rules
Tournament Information
Rules for each Tournament
ULTIMATE FRISBEE
1. 15 Minutes for each game with a running clock
2. No more than eight players on a team
3. No more than one adult or CIT per team
4. Game is the first to 8. If time runs out then the team winning as the time runs out wins
5. You most score between the orange cones
6. If you drop the Frisbee or the Frisbee hits the ground, possession goes to the other
team at that spot
7. Once you catch the Frisbee, you can take one step. If more than one step, possession
goes to the other team
8. A defensive player may only be close as one arm length from the person with the
Frisbee
9. There will be no rough play
10.Only six players on the field of play at a time. If you have more than six players on a
team, you can substitute when play is dead or after you score (Remember that the
clock is running!)
11.If more rules are needed, they will be added before the tournament starts
12.Deadline to sign up is 11:00 PM on Wednesday (Day before the tournament!)
13.No more than 6 teams can sign up for the tournament
14.Format of tournament will be determined off of the number of entries that’s signed up
BASKETBALL (Coed 3-on-3)
1. Format of tournament will be determined off of the number of entries that’s signed up
2. First team to 11 points wins
3. Score will be kept 1’s and 2’s
4. Call your own fouls
5. On change of possession, ball must be taken back past the 3 point line
6. You must not have more than 4 players on your team (Extra player can be used as a
sub)
7. One adult or CIT per team
8. Must have at least four teams of ladies to have a separate tournament. If not, ladies
and gentlemen will be in the same tournament
9. If more rules are needed, they will be added before the tournament starts
10.No more than 12 teams can sign up for the torunament
11.Deadline to sign up is 11:00 PM on Wednesday (Day before the tournament)
DODGEBALL
1. No more than five players as all five players will start
2. One adult or CIT per team
3. When players are put out, they must reenter in the order that they get out
4. Dodge balls will be put in the middle of the floor with each team on the base line
facing each other
5. Basketball court lines will be used as boundaries
6. You will start on the whistle or the word GO
7. You may not hit a player above the shoulders. If a player bends over to miss be hit,
head shots will not count. Referee had the final word.
8. Any head shots and you will be put out. Second head shot and you will be out for the
rest of the game. Third head shot and you will be out for the rest of the tournament
9. If you caught a ball in the air, then the thrower is out. If you drop the ball and it hits
the floor then you are out. If a team mates caught the ball after you drop it before the
ball hits the floor, then the thrower is out
10.If any part of your body crosses the mid court line then you are out
11.If more rules are needed, they will be made before the tournament starts
12.Best two out of three games

VOLLEYBALL (Coed 4-on-4)
1. First team to 25 points (Don’t have to win by 2 points)
2. Rally point system will be used for scoring
3. Switch sides when the first team to reach 13 points
4. No blocking, spiking, or attacking the serve
5. No more than five players on a team with only four players on the court at one time
6. One adult or CIT per team
7. Wait for the whistle before you serve
8. Format of tournament will be determined off of the number of entries that’s signed up
9. If more rules are needed, they will be added before the tournament
10.No more than 8 teams can sign up for the tournament
11.Deadline to sign up is 11:00 PM on Monday (Day before the tournament)
SOCCER (Coed 3-on-3)
1. Format of tournament will be determined off of the number of entries that’s signed up
2. Three on three with no goal keeper
3. One adult or CIT per team
4. 15 minute running clock
5. If a tie, then we will have a penalty shootout
a. One player will be the goalkeeper
b. Each team will provide three players to kick the penalty kick
c. If still tied, keep kicking until the first team to score
6. Soccer rules
7. Call your own fouls
8. No more than 6 teams

NINE SQUARE
1. After 30 minutes, the nine players in the square on Tuesday and Wednesday night will
advance to the championship round on Thursday night
2. Tuesday night nine players will not be allowed to play on Wednesday night
3. On Thursday night, the 18 players will be assign a number from 1 to 18. This will be
the position you will start at 6:45 PM
4. All games will have a 30 minute time period
5. Rules will be reviewed before the game
6. Tournament will be open to anybody at camp
FLAG FOOTBALL
1. Format of tournament will be determined off of the number of entries that’s signed up
2. Games are 10 Minutes in length
3. First team to get 4 touchdowns wins or whoever is ahead after 10 Minutes wins
4. No more than six players on a team with only five players on the field at one time
5. One adult or CIT per team
6. Coin toss determines who gets the ball first as they will start on their own 5 yard line
7. You will have four downs to score either by running or passing the football
a. Two Completions within four downs does get you a 1st down (forward passes
down the field, not throwing backwards)
8. Turnover is a result on:
a. Downs
b. The other team creating a fumble or interception and succeed getting the ball
9. Where the turnover happens, is where the 1st down starts for the other team
10.The play is dead when you grab someone’s flag from the other team and hold it up
11.Substitutions can happen when the play is dead
12.There will be no rough play, pushing, or shoving at any time. If you do, you will be
penalized on...
a. Offense – lost of down
b. Defense – automatic 1st for the offense
13.If more rules are needed, they will be added before the tournament starts
14.No more than 8 teams can sign up for the tournament

TENNIS TOURNAMENT
1. This will be a singles tournament
2. Best two out of three games
3. Each match will consist of four games
4. First player to four games wins the match
5. The brackets will show who serves first in the first game
6. The tournament will last all week if needed
7. If enough players, the tournament could be male and a female tournament
8. Deadline to sign up is 11:00 PM on Monday (Day before the tournament)
Candy Land, Twister and Yahtzee rules will be explain at the start of the tournament.
- Only one Adult/Counselor or one CIT on a tournament team in each tournament. (Tournament is for the students)
- Tournament Schedule sign-up sheets and rules will be on the large bulletin board in the lobby of the Student Center.
- Deadline to sign up for tournaments will be 9:00 a.m. day of that tournament.
- Tournament schedule will be in the Student Center by 12:00 p.m. day of the tournament.
- Tournaments will be single elimination tournament.
- Tournament will start at 3:30 p.m. or 6:30 p.m.
- When you sign up your team, just put down the name of your team and team captain name.
- You can only play on one team in each tournament.
- You may put a team together with players from other churches.
