Housing forms are at the bottom of this page. Please use that form and mail in by June 30th. Leadership will use that form to assign your teens to rooms and family groups.
Small changes can be made at any time after your form is turned in. Send any changes you need to make up to the morning we leave for camp to Jeri Harris

To edit MS Publisher Files Consider LibreOffice. This is a freeware office suite. LibreOffice Draw will allow you to open and edit MS Publisher files. When opening a file MS Publisher file in LibreOffice some tweaking may be necessary. By using this tool you will be able to add your own price for camp and deadline dates for forms.
